Blooming Artificial sells artificial plants, flowers and trees, along with outdoor pieces, accessories and Christmas items. The plant range includes ferns, exotic plants, foliage and greenery, grasses, ivy, monstera, hanging and trailing plants, cacti and succulents, and bushes and shrubs. The flower range includes single stems, flower arrangements, bushes, orchids, window boxes, hanging baskets and patio planters, with varieties such as blossom, daisies, eucalyptus, hydrangea, lavender, lilies, roses, sunflowers and tulips. The tree range includes ficus, bay laurels, topiary, palms, bamboo, cedar and olive trees. The outdoor range covers outdoor plants, trees and flowers, green walls, hedging, hanging baskets, window boxes and patio planters. The Christmas collection includes wreaths, garlands, poinsettia plants, bundles and winter flowers.

Blooming Artificial ships free on orders over £100 to mainland UK. Standard delivery to mainland UK takes 2-4 working days and costs £5 on orders up to £100. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and the Isle of Wight take around 4 working days, with the same £5 and free-over-£100 structure. Delivery to Northern Ireland takes 3-5 business days and costs £15 on orders up to £149.99, or 10% of the order total above that. Delivery to the Channel Islands takes 4-6 business days and costs £30 on orders up to £149.99, or 20% of the order total above that. Blooming Artificial does not ship internationally and does not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland. Most orders are dispatched via FedEx, with Royal Mail used occasionally and a pallet courier for large bulky orders; pallet deliveries are kerbside. The FAQs also list a no rush service with discounted shipping that takes up to 6 working days.

Blooming Artificial returns

Blooming Artificial offers a 30 day returns policy. Items must be unused and repackaged in their original packaging, and returns are started through the returns portal. If you return items because you ordered them by mistake or changed your mind, you cover the return cost, unless you added Checkout+ at checkout, which covers the cost of a return label. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt, and can take 3-10 working days to be credited depending on your payment provider. Bespoke or made to order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. The returns page gives typical return costs per box: around £6 incl VAT for smaller plants in a box under 100cm long, around £15 incl VAT for mid-sized plants in a 130cm long box, and £14-£30 for larger plants.

It operates a 4000sqm owned and managed warehouse capable of storing 2000 pallets of product. Its artificial plants are sourced for botanically accurate leaves, natural colour variation and realistic textures. The brand offers collection from its Great Yarmouth warehouse, open Monday to Friday, with up to 24 hours processing and an email confirmation before arrival. It does not currently ship internationally.
