Bohomoon sells rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, charms and body jewellery. Its ranges include hoop, huggie, stud and cuff earrings; chain, charm, choker, lariat, layered and pendant necklaces; and bangle, chain, charm, cuff, tennis and anklet bracelets. The site also lists personalised pieces such as birthstone, initial, number and zodiac necklaces and charms, plus jewellery sets, gift cards, goodie bags and an advent calendar.

Bohomoon’s product list shows prices in pounds sterling. In a sample of 100 products read from the store’s public product list, prices run from 10 GBP to 165 GBP, with a middle price of 26 GBP. Bohomoon ships free on orders over £50 in the UK. Standard UK delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 takes 2-7 working days from dispatch and costs £2.99, while Click & Collect to an InPost 24/7 locker or shop takes 2-4 working days and also costs £2.99. Next working day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, signed and tracked, costs £9.99 for orders placed before 3pm. All orders are shipped from the UK warehouse, with dispatch aimed for within one working day. Bohomoon also ships to the US, where standard delivery costs $5 for 4-10 working days, express delivery costs $15 for 1-3 working days, and standard delivery is free on orders over $75. To Ireland, standard delivery costs €4.50 for 3-4 working days and is free on orders over €60, with customs charges covered by Bohomoon.

Bohomoon returns

Bohomoon gives UK customers 14 days from receiving an order to cancel and return items. Returns are requested through the brand’s returns portal, where a return label or QR code is provided, and the code expires after seven days. A £2.99 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund, and refunds are processed within 5 working days of the returned item being received, or within 14 working days during £10 sale periods. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, and rings must have the size tag attached. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned even if the packaging is unopened. International returns are also handled through the returns portal.

Discounts and offers at Bohomoon

Bohomoon offers free UK delivery on orders over £50, free US standard delivery on orders over $75 and free standard delivery to Ireland on orders over €60. The site also has an Outlet section and runs £10 sale periods, during which returns may take up to 14 working days to process.
