Christy ships free on orders over £50 within the UK. UK standard delivery costs £4.95 for orders under £50 and takes 2 to 4 working days, delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays. Personalisation products are delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Christy currently ships only within mainland UK and the Channel Islands. Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day for orders placed between Monday and Friday. Tracking updates are sent by email as the order is dispatched, in transit and delivered.

Christy returns

Christy allows returns within 30 days of receiving an order. Returns are started through the Returns Portal, where the buyer enters their order number and checkout email, selects a reason, and submits the request for approval, which typically takes up to 24 working hours. Once approved, a prepaid returns label is emailed, and the parcel is dropped off at a local Royal Mail Parcel Shop. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after quality inspection, and the returns policy allows up to 10 working days from receipt of the parcel for refunds to appear. Exchanges are also available within 30 days for another size, colour or alternative product, with price differences paid or refunded. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact. Filled products such as duvets, pillows and mattress toppers cannot be returned unless faulty, and personalised or monogrammed items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless defective.

Christy has a 170 year history that began in 1850, when Henry Christy returned to Britain from Turkey with looped cotton fabrics and his brother Richard and employee Samuel Holt worked out how to make their own. The brand showed its towels at the Great Exhibition in 1851 and became the official towel supplier to The Wimbledon Championships in 1988. It offers buying guides and care guides to help customers choose and look after products, and size guides on the product pages. Christy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Discover Network, JCB, Carte Bleue and Klarna, which lets buyers split payments into three interest-free instalments.
