What Conrad sells

Conrad’s product range currently includes over 500,000 different items, covering the whole spectrum of technology and electronics. The home page lists top categories including dental hygiene accessories, digital panel meters, soldering stations, tool cases, torque wrenches, sensor and actuator boxes, milling machines, photo and film scanners, data loggers and microscopes. Individual products shown include Arduino boards, Panasonic headphones, VOLTCRAFT thermometers, Hazet torque screwdriver sets, Molex connectors and crimpers, TRU COMPONENTS cables, piezo buzzers, pushbutton switches, Eltako time relays, Schlegel USB sockets and LogiLink installation accessories.

Conrad prices

Conrad shows prices both including and excluding VAT. Products on the home page range from a grip seal bag at €0.08 including VAT to a Hazet workshop torque screwdriver set at €1,845.00 including VAT. Some items carry reduced prices, such as the VOLTCRAFT DT-300 thermometer at €34.99 instead of €43.99, the Eltako AR12DX-230V time relay at €55.99 instead of €61.99, and the Schlegel USB-mounted socket at €29.99 instead of €31.99.

Conrad shipping

Conrad operates one of the most advanced logistics and distribution centers in Europe, located in Wernberg-Köblitz, which processes and ships up to 40,000 units to more than 40 countries every day. The annual turnover amounts to 6.7 million shipments containing a total of 120 million items. The home page shows dispatch information per product, with several items marked as fast track dispatch. Conrad offers a local shop in the customer’s region, so customers can shop in their own language, have access to local customer service and enjoy local transport for their purchase.

Conrad returns

Conrad customers may cancel an order without giving a reason within fourteen (14) days, starting on the day the goods are received. Conrad Electronic shall refund all payments received within fourteen (14) days after the Consumer has cancelled an order. In addition to their statutory rights, customers may return items within 30 days of the date they received the item without giving any reasons. The Consumer agrees to pay the cost of return delivery, and Conrad Electronic will pay the cost of return delivery if the Consumer returns an item wrongly sent or has received faulty goods.

Discounts and offers at Conrad

Conrad offers a €5 voucher for subscribing to the newsletter. The home page carries an Offers section, and individual products are shown with reduced prices, such as a 19% reduction on a TRU COMPONENTS spacer, a 20% reduction on the VOLTCRAFT DT-300 thermometer, a 10% reduction on the Eltako time relay and a 6% reduction on the Schlegel USB socket.
