Credo returns

Credo accepts returns of online purchases within 30 days of receipt, with a 5 USD return fee deducted from the refund or credit. Returns can be started online, and the order number and shipping zip code or email address are needed. Online purchases can also be brought to any Credo store to return at no cost, with the order number and the items being returned. Unused or gently used products are eligible for a full refund or credit, while substantially used products are not. Items marked as final sale, Credo reward redemptions, gift cards and gift with purchases cannot be returned for store credit, refunded or exchanged. Shipping fees cannot be refunded or credited. Refunds are generally received within 48 hours of the return package being marked as delivered, and can take up to 7 business days during peak season. All returns are processed back to the original method of payment unless store credit is chosen.
