Drakes returns

Drakes accepts returns within 14 days of receiving goods, without the buyer giving any reason. UK returns cost £7.95 for DHL Express depot drop-off, deducted from the refund, and return postage is complimentary if the buyer selects an exchange or store credit. International return costs are set by country: 20,600 KRW in South Korea, 20 CAD in Canada, 150 SEK in Sweden, 22 AUD in Australia, 105 DKK in Denmark, 14 CHF in Switzerland, 120 HKD in Hong Kong, 2,200 JPY in Japan, 200 CNY in China, 140 NOK in Norway and £17 GBP for the rest of the world. Refunds are made within 14 days of the goods coming back or of evidence being provided, by the original payment method, with no fee charged. International customers may only return for a refund; exchanges and store credit are not available for international orders. Bespoke or made-to-measure goods and goods with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned.

Drakes was founded by Michael Drake in East London in 1977, near Spitalfields, and originally made men’s scarves, shawls and plaids before expanding into handmade ties and handkerchiefs. Today, under Creative Director Michael Hill, the brand produces soft tailoring in Italy, traditional knitwear in Scotland, shirts in its own factory in Chard, Somerset, and premium jersey, outerwear, accessories and selvedge denim. Customers do not need an account to place an order. Online orders cannot be returned in store and must go through the returns portal.
