Rise & Fall ships free on standard UK orders over £75, or charges £4.99 below that. UK standard delivery takes 2-3 working days, and express next-day delivery, for orders placed by 2pm, costs from £5.99; delivery runs Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, and orders placed on Friday before 2pm arrive on Monday. To the USA and Canada, Rise & Fall ships all orders via DHL Express and FedEx on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, so duties and taxes are included at checkout; standard delivery takes 5-8 working days and is free over $200, or $15, and express takes 3-5 working days for $20. Australia and New Zealand have the same rates and timelines. For the Channel Islands the shipment charge is £12.99, for Switzerland £38.00, and for the UAE £40.00, with delivery in 2-4 working days; EU charges are calculated at checkout. The brand states that import duties and customs charges are incorporated into the final price at checkout, with international orders expected within 3-10 business days of dispatch.

Rise & Fall returns

Rise & Fall accepts UK returns within 30 days of receiving an order, or 14 days for sale items, and returns are free for all UK customers. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Candles, olive oil, final sale items, and items used for commercial purposes are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of arrival. UK customers fill out the returns form in the package, affix the pre-printed Royal Mail label, and drop the parcel at a Royal Mail post office. For the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, returns must be made within 30 days and a $10 fee in the local currency is deducted from the refund for change-of-mind returns, waived for faulty items; refunds are processed within 5 business days. International customers cover the cost of return postage, and refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Good to know about Rise & Fall

Rise & Fall states that it starts with fine materials — a-grade cashmeres, organic extra-long staple cottons, mulberry silks, European flax linens, and Mastrotto leathers — and partners with the same makers that produce for the big luxury houses. Its organic cotton is 100% GOTS-certified extra-long staple fibre, grown without harmful chemicals. Its Grade-A cashmere is combed by hand each spring from Mongolian goats as they naturally shed. Its merino wool is 100% Australian, RWS-certified, and spun from the longest, finest fibres. The brand reduces waste with a just-in-time approach to manufacturing. For hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets that have been slept in cannot be returned. The site also runs an Archive Sale across its women’s and men’s ranges.
