Rumored prices its clothing from $39 to $498, with a middle price of $158 across a sample of 100 products read from the store’s public product list. Individual pieces shown on the site include the Klein Long Sleeve at $98, the Nightcap Top at $128, the Classique Top at $98, the Honey Blouse at $168, the Micro Short at $148, the Off Duty Pant at $158, the Turtleneck Mini Dress at $148, the Wrangler Shearling Jacket at $278, the Madonna Coat at $288 and the Yellowstone Jacket at $298.

Rumored shipping

Rumored ships free on orders over $150 for U.S. orders only. For U.S. orders, all orders ship within 2 business days of ordering from its Pennsylvania warehouse, and once shipped a delivery takes between 3 and 10 business days, with an additional 5 to 6 processing days allowed during sale periods. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost at checkout, and expedited orders placed before the 12PM EST cut-off ship the same day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout.

Rumored returns

Rumored offers refunds and store credit on all orders received back within 30 days of the delivery date, and items received after 30 days are not eligible. For U.S. returns, a flat rate of $9.95 is charged and deducted from the refund or credit amount, while exchanges come with free return shipping through the returns portal. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached, and items marked final sale are not accepted. Items purchased with a discount of 25% or above may be returned for exchange or store credit only. International orders are eligible for return only, with refunds on orders received back within 14 days of delivery and store credit within 30 days, and free returns are not offered for international orders.

Discounts and offers at Rumored

Rumored offers $25 off a first order when signing up for its newsletter and/or sms messages. The Welcome Offer applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more, and shipping costs and Corso Package Protection do not count toward that $150 minimum. Only one discount code can be used per order and it cannot be combined with other promotions. The site also carries a Sale section, and products purchased with a discount of 25% or above may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Rumored accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, with the card charged once the order is placed, and also offers ShopPay, PayPal and AmazonPay. Orders can be edited or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase through the link in the order confirmation email. The brand offers Route Package Protection on every order, covering items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, with claims filed within 15 days of the noted delivery date. Store credits are valid for 12 months. Clothing is designed in the U.S. and manufactured in China, and the brand states it works only with suppliers and partners committed to transparency and accountability.
