UK mainland postcodes only are covered for these services; Channel Islands are excluded, and delivery times may be extended for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. For international orders, Runderwear™ offers DHL International Express or DPD delivery to all major overseas locations, with delivery ranging from 1-5 days depending on destination. Shipping charges and standard shipping days for a destination can be checked in the cart at checkout, and shoppers can switch countries on the site to shop in their local currency.

Runderwear™ returns

Runderwear™ accepts returns and exchanges on unworn products for up to 30 days after delivery when purchased directly from its site. Underwear that has been tried on cannot be returned. Returns are started through the brand’s Returns Portal using the order reference number beginning with #, and a copy of the completed returns form or a note with the order number should be enclosed. Exchanges for a different size are offered free of charge until the right fit is found. Once a return is received at the warehouse, a refund normally arrives within 10 working days. Postage costs for returned items not processed through the portal cannot be refunded.

Runderwear™ offers 10% off a first purchase when a shopper subscribes to its newsletter.
