Dune London returns

Dune London lets you return a purchase within 28 days for a refund, provided it meets the terms and conditions on its returns page. Online purchases can be returned to a Dune London store or by post using a free trackable returns label or QR code, with one free returns label per order; returning further items from the same order later means covering postage yourself. Proof of purchase is required: a paper or electronic receipt for store purchases and the order confirmation for website purchases. Items returned to a store are refunded within 5 working days, and items returned to the warehouse are refunded within 10 working days of the parcel arriving. Credit and debit card refunds should appear within 5 working days and PayPal payments can take up to 7 days. Pierced earrings and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and neither can physical or e-gift cards.
