Eternate shipping

Eternate ships free worldwide. Every piece is made to order, so total delivery time is production time plus shipping time, and the estimated delivery date shown on each product page and at checkout already includes both. Shipping times from when the finished piece is handed to the carrier are 2–3 business days for U.S. domestic orders and for Europe, 3–4 business days for Canada, and 4–5 business days for Australia and the rest of the world. Orders valued at 500 US dollars or more are sent with signature required on delivery. Address change requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before the order is handed to the carrier.

Eternate returns

Eternate offers a complimentary 30-day return and exchange policy for all customers, starting from the delivery date. Exchanges and returns are initiated with the customer service team using the order number, and Eternate sends a prepaid return shipping label; refunds usually take 3–5 business days to complete once the item is received. Free returns and exchanges apply to all orders shipped within the United States, while orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. Returned items must be in unworn condition with all original documentation, and up to 2 complimentary returns are offered per customer in a year, for 2 separate orders. Engraved rings carry a 40 US dollar engraving removal fee, and worn or used items may be subject to a 10%–20% restocking fee plus shipping fees. Personalized items such as name bracelets and necklaces, rings that have been modified or resized, and custom-designed jewelry and AI charms are not eligible for returns, except in cases of production defects.

Discounts and offers at Eternate

Eternate’s home page states a 10% sale, applied with a code shown on the site. Its FAQ page states a 30% off offer on a second wedding band, where the discount applies to the lower-priced wedding band and must be applied using the provided discount code at checkout, and a 30% off offer on a wedding band with any engagement ring purchase, where the discount applies to the lower-priced product. If one of the rings is returned, the discount no longer applies and the refund is adjusted as if the remaining ring was purchased at full price. Eternate also offers free worldwide shipment.
