Furniture123 lets buyers return an order by contacting the brand within 30 days from the day after delivery. A return request is created through the brand’s returns portal, and Furniture123 responds within 48 hours to authorise the return. If a returned product has been devalued by unnecessary handling, is partly assembled or is missing its original packaging, Furniture123 may deduct that value from the refund, up to the item’s total purchasing price.
