What Glossify sells

Glossify sells gel polish colours, Naturabuild builder gels in both HEMA-containing and HEMA-Free formulas, one coat gels, top and base coats, acrylic powder and acrylic essentials, nail lamps, nail files, nail tips, nail art brushes, e-file bits, prep products, and nail accessories. It also offers education courses, including a Builder Gel Expert course, and digital gift cards. Products are sold as single items and as collections, such as the Between Seasons Collection, the Endless Summer Collection, and the Rose Reverie Collection.

Glossify prices

Glossify prices range from 3.49 GBP to 1198 GBP across its catalogue, with a middle price of 14.99 GBP. Individual gel colours such as Powder Pink, Rose Quartz, Simplicity, Cotton Candy, Understated, Purity, Aura, Glow, and Fawn are listed at 14.99 GBP each. Brushes including the Hard Gel Brush, Square Gel #6 Brush, Round Gel #6 Brush, Striping Brush, Liner Brush, and Detail Brush are 12.00 GBP each. Dotting tools are 7.20 GBP each, the Nail Art Accessories Set is 74.40 GBP, the Content Kit is 49.99 GBP, and the Tool Tray & Brush Holder is 35.00 GBP. Collections range from 44.90 GBP for the Rose Reverie Collection to 95.90 GBP for the With Love, Glossify Collection.

Glossify shipping

Glossify does not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the buyer’s location. For the UK and Europe, Glossify aims for orders to arrive within 3-5 working days. For the USA, delivery takes up to 5-7 working days. During sales and busy periods, additional delays may occur. Glossify does not currently offer next day or express delivery, but aims to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same day. Customs charges are not included for international orders. Orders are dispatched with trusted couriers, and buyers receive an automated email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Glossify returns

Glossify does not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic or hygiene-sensitive goods due to health and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty. For non-cosmetic items, returns may be accepted provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all original packaging intact, and in a resalable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required under statutory rights. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items must be sent back using a tracked or recorded delivery service. If an order arrives damaged or faulty, Glossify must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, with the order number and photographic evidence. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Good to know about Glossify

Glossify is a professional-only brand, so buyers must upload a certificate to their account to prove their qualifications before purchase, with approval taking up to 48 hours. Almost all of Glossify’s gel colours have transitioned to a HEMA-Free European formula, and the brand offers both HEMA-containing and HEMA-Free Naturabuild formulas. Glossify’s gel does not contain Formaldehyde, Toluene, DPB, Camphor, Formaldehyde resin, Xylene, Ethyl tosylamide, Acetone, or animal ingredients, and the products are vegan and cruelty free. On average, Glossify’s gel polishes last 2-3 weeks. Glossify recommends using its own lamp to ensure the gel is correctly cured, and does not recommend mixing its systems with other brands. Payments can be made with Klarna (Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days) and Payl8r is available on Glossify Education Courses. Customer service is provided by trained nail technicians, with replies taking up to 48 hours excluding weekends.
