Gozney DE shipping

Gozney DE ships free on orders over €40. The store states that delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier used, which in turn depends on the product type and the customer’s location, and that delivery times are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Dispatch times depend on stock levels and are communicated when the order is placed or by email after the order is received. For Dome products, a recipient must be present at the address to confirm receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition with a signature, and the delivery partner calls beforehand to arrange a delivery appointment. If goods are not accepted, the delivery is deemed to have taken place on the delivery date and the risk passes to the customer.

Gozney DE returns

Gozney DE gives consumers in the European Union a statutory cooling-off period of fourteen days from receipt of the products in which to cancel a contract for any reason. On top of this, the brand’s goodwill guarantee extends the returns period to 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the products are in their original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original delivery note. The brand also refunds the cost of returning products when the return address is in the European Union and the products are returned within the fourteen-day period.
