Healthy Metal shipping

Healthy Metal works with its fulfilment partner Huboo to dispatch orders. Orders can be cancelled or edited at any time before Huboo locks them for shipping; once an order is locked it has entered the fulfilment process and can no longer be changed or stopped before dispatch. If an order has already been locked or sent, the buyer may refuse delivery on arrival or accept it and request return instructions. The home page states that free shipping is included with the 50% off first-order offer.

Healthy Metal has a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and the buyer needs a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of an approved return. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. For orders shipped into the European Union, the buyer has the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Healthy Metal also backs its products with a 60-night sleep guarantee, under which a full refund can be requested within 60 nights regardless of the condition of the product.
