It also sells knickers, including thongs and G-strings, Brazilian knickers, high waisted knickers, boxer shorts, seamless knickers, basic knickers, cotton knickers and shapewear knickers. The range covers lingerie sets, bodies and bustiers, slipdresses and babydolls, suspenders, nightwear such as pyjamas, nightshirts, kimonos and bathrobes, loungewear including shirts and tops, hoodies and sweatshirts, pants and shorts, and swimwear including bikinis, swimsuits and beachwear. Hunkemöller lists bras on its UK site from £23, with the pictured styles ranging from £23 to £37. Multipack knickers are offered at 5 knickers for £36, socks at 3 for £15, and nightwear at buy 2 save 20%. The brand also runs a 2+1 free offer on almost all bras and a 2+1 free offer on hosiery.

Hunkemöller shipping

Hunkemöller ships free on orders of £55 or more. Home delivery with Royal Mail costs £4.95, and pick up at a Royal Mail Service Point also costs £4.95. Delivery takes 2-4 business days, and the estimated delivery timeframe is shown during checkout. Hunkemöller does not deliver to PO boxes, but offers Pick-up Point deliveries. Once the order leaves the warehouse, a Track & Trace link arrives by email. There are no physical Hunkemöller stores in the UK at the moment.

Hunkemöller returns

Hunkemöller accepts returns within 30 days of receiving an order. Returns go through the Return Portal, where the buyer logs in with the order number and email address, and the return is sent through Royal Mail with a return fee of £1.95 per order, which is deducted from the refund. Items must be unused and undamaged, with all original hangtags and labels attached. Once the return is received, Hunkemöller confirms it by email, which can take up to 14 days, and the refund follows within 2 to 5 days on the original payment method. Returning the entire order refunds the full purchase price including delivery costs, minus the £1.95 return cost. Exchanges are not possible via hunkemoller.co.uk; the buyer returns the items and places a new order. Some products are non-returnable, including adhesive bras, all products in the Beauty line, pantyhose and stockings, vibrators and other toys, and the gift box unless it is returned unfolded and unused.
