Image Skincare ships free on orders of 75 USD or more within the continental United States. Standard US shipping arrives within 5 to 7 business days and costs a 5 USD flat rate for orders under 75 USD. All orders generally ship within 1 business day from the day of order placement, and orders placed over a weekend ship the following business day. Image Skincare does not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders or customers outside the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii; Alaska and Hawaii have different shipping options and pricing. A delivery address change after an order has shipped incurs a 20 USD change of address fee.

Image Skincare returns

Image Skincare accepts returns of unopened, unused retail-size products within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of the amount paid, with a Return Management Authorization number from its Customer Care Department. Shipping charges on the approved return are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees paid on the initial purchase are not refunded. Returns for goods purchased more than 30 days earlier may be accepted when the product has an expiration date of 1 year or more from the date of the RMA request, subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the actual price paid. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
