IT Cosmetics ships free on orders over $70, with ground shipping complimentary on all orders of $70 or more. Ground shipping otherwise costs $8.00, 2 Day shipping costs $15.00 and Next Day shipping costs $20.00. Ground shipping generally takes 3-6 business days, with 1-4 days for processing on all orders. IT Cosmetics ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses, and does not ship to Puerto Rico or outside the US.

IT Cosmetics accepts returns of any itcosmetics.com purchase within 30 days of the transaction. A return is initiated online and generates a pre-paid label. Once the package is received, the return process takes 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post to the account, and order credit is issued to the original payment method with an $8 deduction to process the return. Returned items are never resold.
