ION8 returns

ION8 offers a 30-day return window. Buyers have 30 days from the day their order arrives to return an item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Items must be within 30 days of receiving the order, unused and in original packaging unless faulty, and the buyer must have proof of purchase. The purchase must have been made on www.ion8.co.uk. The customer is responsible for paying for return postage, and the brand recommends using the returns portal or a tracked service if arranging own postage. Personalised or engraved products, used bottles, food and drink items, gift cards, and bottles damaged after purchase cannot be returned unless faulty. If a bottle arrives damaged or faulty, ION8 will send a replacement, even if the item has been used. Refunds do not include original shipping fees. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refused delivery incur a 3.95 GBP restocking fee. Returns after 30 days may not be accepted. If a gift was received, the brand can issue store credit instead of refunding the original purchaser.
