Team RH shipping

Team RH offers free standard shipping on orders over £40 for Mainland UK only, applied automatically to the basket once the value is reached after promotional discounts. Standard Delivery via EVRi covers items under 15kg and takes 3-7 working days, Express Delivery via Royal Mail covers all of the UK including Northern Ireland and takes 2-5 working days, and Next Working Day Delivery via EVRi is available Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 3pm ship the same day, and all delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination. International shipping is temporarily suspended.

Team RH returns

Team RH allows merchandise orders to be cancelled within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, with the parcel reaching the brand within 14 days of the return being notified. The buyer pays return postage, and the refund covers the full item price plus the delivery charge paid up to the cost of standard delivery, processed within 14 days. Between 14 and 28 days, a credit note for the product value excluding shipping is issued instead. Faulty items can be returned up to 6 months after purchase with a pre-paid returns label.

Team RH offers free standard shipping on Mainland UK orders over £40, which can be combined with other promotions and is withdrawn by the brand at any time. The brand also advertises exclusive promotional offers via email and social media throughout the year, which cannot be used together with other promotional codes and are not applied to past purchases.
