Jackery shipping

Jackery offers free delivery to the contiguous US, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puertoerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. After an order is placed, Jackery takes 1-2 days to process and fulfill it, and transit time may take up to 5 business days for delivery. Jackery does not offer expedited shipping because its generators contain lithium-ion batteries that are not permitted on planes and can only be transported by ground. Jackery uses different shipping carriers and no signature is required during dispatch. Addresses containing P.O. Box, APO, FPO or DPO are not acceptable for delivery. If an order includes more than one item, it ships in different packages that may not arrive on the same day, and it usually takes 5-7 days to receive an order.

Jackery returns

Jackery offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for products purchased directly from the Jackery website. Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, Jackery asks you to contact its customer support team with your order information and reason for return, and Jackery then provides a Return Merchandise Authorization number that must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping label. Jackery covers the shipping cost for returns due to a defect product, delayed shipping or a damaged package; for returns due to all other reasons, return shipping and handling fees are deducted from the refund amount. Once Jackery receives your item, a refund is processed within 10 business days through your original payment method. Orders placed after 9 AM PST can be canceled until 9 AM PST on the next business day, and only full order cancellations are allowed.
