What Lovery sells

Lovery sells home spa gift baskets and body care products, including bath gift sets, spa kits, bath bombs, shower steamers, soap bars, foam soap, deodorants, hand lotion, body butter, body mask sets, reed diffusers, lip balm, essential oils, candles, perfumes, shampoo, conditioner and beard care. The shop also offers gift baskets for occasions such as birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, get well soon and massage, as well as corporate gifts, private label and limited edition collections. Products are grouped by price, by occasion and by recipient, and fragrances range from floral and fresh to fruity and nutty.

Lovery prices

Lovery prices its products in four bands: under $25, $25 to $50, $50 to $100 and $100 to $250. In a sample of 100 products from the store’s public product list, prices run from $29.99 to $399, with a middle price of $46. Examples include the Lavender & Jasmine Spa Bath Gift Set at $48, the Bath Bombs Gift Set at $49.99, the Red Rose Spa Basket at $64.99 and the Honey Almond Home Spa Kit at $109.

Lovery shipping

Lovery ships free on all orders over $150. Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, and orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next business day. Handling and shipping are completed within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order, and delivery time varies by location. Lovery delivers to anywhere in the US; for Canada orders, customers are asked to contact the brand before placing an order.

Lovery returns

Lovery has a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If a return is accepted, Lovery sends a return shipping label with instructions. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, and personal care goods such as beauty products are among the non-returnable items.

Good to know about Lovery

Lovery states that its products are cruelty-free and paraben-free, have never been tested on animals and are made with ingredients such as vitamin E, essential oils and shea butter, and are safe on sensitive skin. The brand says its gifts are packaged sustainably from recycled materials and formulated with all-natural fragrances and pure essential oils. Lovery was founded in 2016 and its services are currently exclusively online. Products kept at room temperature have no expiration date and can be kept indefinitely.
