What Wildflowers sells

Wildflowers sells a full range of nail art supplies. Its shop lists gel polish in finishes such as cateye, holographic, glass, creams and reflective shades; gel paints; chrome and pigment powders in flakes, glow-in-the-dark, opaque, translucent and sets; and sculpting products including base gels, build-in-a-bottle gels, poly gels, sculpting gel, topcoats, tips and forms. It also sells brushes, brush sets and travel cases, stamping kits, plates, stampers and stamping gel, glitter in chunky, micro and holographic varieties, e-files, files and buffers, embellishments, mats, palettes, storage and tools. Wildflowers shipping

Wildflowers ships within the United States and to select international locations. Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday ship that same Monday; orders placed after that time ship the following Monday or Friday, if it is a shipping week. The studio ships every Monday and every other Friday, with Friday ship dates announced via email and social media at the beginning of each month. Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days after the ship date, and USPS Priority Mail is typically 2–3 business days. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International with delivery typically 7–21 business days, and customers pay any customs fees, duties or taxes. During select promotions, Wildflowers offers free shipping.

Wildflowers returns

Wildflowers states that all sales are final and does not accept returns or exchanges, because the items it sells are cosmetic. Refunds on products may be issued for damaged or defective items once the item is returned to the studio, in the manner in which payment was received. For other reasons, such as returned packages due to an incorrect address at checkout or the accidental purchase of multiple items, refunds are issued less shipping. Payments for classes are non-refundable. If an international package is lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address, Wildflowers asks customers to contact them after 40 calendar days from the ship date so a claim can be filed.

Discounts and offers at Wildflowers

Wildflowers offers product credit, promotions and sale prices, but states that it does not offer discounts. Its home page runs a Flower Box Sale with seven limited edition Flower Boxes of discontinued shades, and a clearance section and a New In section appear in the shop. A Brush Bundle 50% Off PICK 6 is listed at 74.85 USD. During select promotions, Wildflowers offers free shipping. Wildflowers also sells gift cards. The Flower Box Sale adds community rewards as boxes sell: at 100 boxes every Flower Box customer receives a free brush with their next purchase, at 250 boxes every Flower Box customer receives 50% off their order excluding sale products, and at 500 boxes a surprise is unlocked for everyone.

Good to know about Wildflowers

Wildflowers was founded in 2016 and was the first US company to release colored chrome powder for nails with its Powdered Sugar Collection, followed by Silver Chrome and Unicorn Chrome. The brand describes its products as nail tech tested and of the highest possible quality, with educational videos to go with them. It has developed nearly 100 nail artists into Wildflowers Master Artists and says it has taught tens of thousands of students across the world. Wildflowers runs an online academy with courses, in-person classes across the country and tradeshows, plus a technique and support Facebook group where Master Artists help troubleshoot. The brand is a husband and wife CEO team handling orders and customer service, and it does not have a storefront retail store for walk-in customers, though it holds local pop-up shops from time to time.
