All Medichecks kits are designed to fit through a letterbox, so there is no need to wait in for the delivery.

Medichecks returns

Medichecks allows a full refund within 7-10 working days if the order has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, Medichecks allows up to 30 days to cancel for a partial refund, with a £6 cancellation charge because the kits cannot be reused. Cancellations can be made by phone, by email or through the chatbot Nia, using the order number.
