Mila & Rose ® gives buyers 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition received, with tags intact. Custom or sale items are final sale, as are mystery dress orders, gift cards and swim garments without the hygiene liner attached. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the wrong item was received, there is a manufacturing defect, or the buyer purchased returns coverage at checkout, which includes a prepaid return label for one-time use per order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the package is received.
