Orders placed before 12:00 midday, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day subject to prescriber approval; orders placed after midday, at weekends or on public bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Oushk Pharmacy allows an order to be cancelled for any reason if the cancellation is notified at least 2 working days before the chosen delivery date, with a refund of the price paid including any delivery charge less a £10 administrative and logistical fee, waived where a statutory right to cancel applies. After dispatch, a statutory cooling-off right entitles customers to cancel within 14 days of delivery, but this right does not apply to prescription medicines or medicines supplied as part of a health service, including Saxenda, Wegovy and Mounjaro, so once dispatch has started medicines cannot be cancelled. Where the cooling-off right applies, products must be sent back within 14 days of informing Oushk Pharmacy, at the customer’s direct cost, and refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt to the original payment method. Opened or unsealed products may not be returnable for health protection and hygiene reasons.
