Paula’s Choice gives a 60 day money-back guarantee on any product. If a buyer is not satisfied with a Paula’s Choice product, for any reason, it can be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase and the purchase price, not including shipping, is refunded. Before returning a product the buyer must contact the brand’s customer care team to request a return, and the returns address is provided at that point. The brand does not include return labels with orders. Products cannot be exchanged. Empty bottles or tubes cannot be accepted, and returns that exceed the 60 day guarantee period cannot be accepted. Refunds go back to the card or method of payment used in the original order. Separately, an order can be cancelled by notifying the brand within 14 days after the parcel is received, and the parcel must then be returned at the buyer’s cost within a further 14 days; the brand refunds the purchase price including standard postage costs within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
