Returns

All admission tickets are non-refundable. If the farm closes or fails to run an experience, the ticket cost is refunded but the booking fee remains non-refundable. Return tickets are named and require proof of ID and postcode on re-entry. Under the Rainy Day Guarantee, rain of 30 minutes or more during a visit earns a free return visit within 7 days.

Good to know

Pennywell Farm is owned by the Murray family and opened in 1989. All visitors, including season ticket holders, must book online in advance, and the farm limits daily ticket numbers. A new activity runs every 30 minutes, included in the ticket price: piggy cuddles, bottle feeding, pig racing, goat milking, ferret racing, the Red Rocket ride, the Tractor Trailer and the Rainbow Railway. Free parking is available on-site. Dogs are not allowed inside, but free dog kennels are provided in the car park. Food outlets and picnic areas are available, and the farm shop sells farm-themed toys, gifts, snacks and pet blankets.
