Approximate delivery dates are shown before the order is placed. Portland Gear ships internationally to more than 65 countries, with international fees also based on order weight and delivery address; additional duties could apply upon delivery. Portland Gear returns

Portland Gear offers a 90-day return window for a full refund on items in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Returns after 90 days are accepted for store credit at the product’s current value under the same condition rules. Buyers can opt in to Unlimited Free Returns/Exchanges at checkout to have the return shipping label included; otherwise they pay for the return label themselves. The original shipping fee and the 1.98 USD charge for Free Returns & Package Protection are always non-refundable. Returns and exchanges can be made in-store or online through the returns portal, regardless of where the order was purchased. A manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date, covering broken zippers, seam failures, and material defects. The ReGear repair program offers complimentary repair for eligible Cascade bags within 2 years of purchase for common zipper issues, with a typical turnaround of about 2 weeks.
