Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses are not eligible for return unless the doctor provided the wrong prescription or the item arrived defective, in which case QUAY offers a one-time complimentary remake of the prescription lenses. A return is started through the returns portal using the order number and billing zip code or email, and the brand asks customers to expect 14 business days for a return to be processed once it is received.

For prescription glasses, a one-time complimentary remake is available if a doctor updates or revises the prescription, requested within 30 days of the order delivery date with proof of the updated prescription.
