Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey have the same pricing structure. For international orders, standard shipping is available from £5.95 or free on orders over £70, and express shipping is available from £13.95 with a quote provided at checkout. REGALROSE ships worldwide, though a list of countries is currently suspended from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

REGALROSE returns

REGALROSE gives you 30 days to send unwanted items back from the date your parcel is delivered. Returned items should be in their original, unworn condition. Lucky Dips and Mystery Bags cannot be returned for refunds, exchanges or store credit. In the interest of hygiene, pierced items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returned goods are the customer’s responsibility until received by REGALROSE, and the brand strongly recommends using a tracked and insured service. International returns must be marked ‘Returned goods. No commercial value’ on the customs declaration.
