What Saltworks sells

Saltworks sells perfumes, perfumed soaps, candles, reed diffusers and discovery sets. The product list includes named fragrances such as Surfari, Fresh Experience, Brown Sugar, Tabac Soleil, South Peach, Oud Bazaar, Powder Ballad, Ko Meme, De La Mer, Ocean Drive, Honeyberry, Appletipple, Kami Tonka and Gold Coast, along with sets such as The Trio Set, The Signature Duo, the Discovery Set, the Men’s Discovery Set and the Limited Edition Discovery Set, and e-gift cards. Each fragrance is a blend of 10 to 50 different perfume ingredients, and every bottle contains 25% parfum.

Saltworks prices

Saltworks prices its Discovery Set and Men’s Discovery Set at £29.00 each, with Surfari from £25.00 and Fresh Experience at £29.00. Across the product list of 100 products, prices run from 3.99 GBP to 95 GBP, with a middle price of 29 GBP.

Saltworks shipping

Saltworks ships free on orders over £60 within the UK. Orders below £60 are charged a standard shipping fee of £9.90. The team prepares and dispatches each order within up to 72 hours, and parcels arrive within 2–8 business days in mainland UK, sent by Royal Mail and APC Overnight. A tracking number is emailed within 2 days of dispatch.

Saltworks returns

Saltworks offers free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging in original condition, and a photo of the item is required before sending it back. Discovery sets are not returnable once the box has been opened, as they are classed as consumable beauty products, and sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Discounts and offers at Saltworks

Saltworks offers a second Discovery Set free with the purchase of a bottle, valid until 10 November. The Discovery Set itself includes ten perfumes to try at home and £25 toward the bottle you keep. The Refill and Save Program lets you send back an empty bottle for a refill with the same or a different scent, saving £20 every time you refill.

Good to know about Saltworks

Saltworks has made fragrances by hand since 2013 in its workshop in Ramsgate, Kent, where every bottle is poured, capped, sealed and wrapped in small batches. The perfumes contain 25% parfum, compared to an industry standard of 15%, and are made with natural vegetable waxes and sustainably sourced ingredients. The brand describes its products as toxin-free and cruelty-free. The Ramsgate perfumery is open Monday to Saturday, 10 am–5:30 pm, and Sunday, 12–4 pm.
