Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Scent Split accepts returns only on unopened and unused items, and buyers must contact the brand within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. For samples and decants, returns are accepted only if the original shipping box or envelope has never been opened; once the outer package is opened, all samples and decants inside become final sale. For full bottles, returns are accepted only if the item is completely unused and unopened, with any original cellophane wrapping intact. Returned items must be shipped within 7 calendar days of the return label being issued. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, the buyer must notify Scent Split within 5 calendar days of delivery.
