What Sockshop sells

Sockshop sells socks for men, women and kids, organised by design (plain, patterned, novelty), by activity (office and suit, outdoor and walking, sports and gym), by feature (smooth toe seams, cushioned, comfort cuff, arch support, bigger sizes) and by length (shoe liners, trainer, ankle, mid-length, knee high). It also sells tights, underwear, loungewear, towels and bedding, with materials including bamboo, cotton, cashmere, merino wool and alpaca. The range covers more than 60 brands, including SOCKSHOP, Reebok, ELLE, Heat Holders, JEEP, Wild Feet, Happy Socks and Jeff Banks.

Examples include a medium black pair at £2.99, a black pair in size 35-36 at £11.21, a navy men’s pair in size 6-11 at £12.99, a striped white pair at £13.99 and a dusty blue medium pair at £19.99.

Sockshop shipping

Sockshop ships free on UK orders over £40, with standard tracked 48-hour UK delivery costing £3.49 for orders under that amount. Priority tracked 24-hour UK delivery costs £4.49. Click & Collect 48-hour costs £3.49 (free over £40) and Click & Collect 24-hour costs £4.49 (free over £100). Delivery to Europe is £4.49 and to the Rest of the World is £4.99. UK orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are sent the same day; weekend orders are sent the next working day. The site currently cannot ship to the USA or Israel.

Sockshop returns

Sockshop offers a full refund or exchange within 90 days on items that are unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging. UK returns use a Freepost label; overseas orders must pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds are applied to the original payment card, with the brand aiming to process them within 24 hours of receiving the item. If a return brings an order below the £40 free delivery threshold, the standard £3.49 delivery charge is deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty.

Discounts and offers at Sockshop

Sockshop offers 10% off your first order when you sign up to its email newsletter. Free UK delivery applies on orders over £40. The site also lists an Offers section with current deals.
