The Collagen Co. returns

The Collagen Co. accepts returns only for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened, and does not offer a money back guarantee. If an order arrives damaged, customers can email the brand with order details and photographs to receive a replacement or refund, and the same applies to faulty products, where the batch number is also required.
