The Mahjong Line sells custom mahjong tile sets, travel tiles, racks, mats, tile shufflers, folios, bags, notepads and scorecards, and Mahjong Travel Cards. Beyond mahjong, it offers other games including Train Dominoes, Rummy, decks of cards and dice, as well as home goods such as vegan leather tile bags, display boxes, wrapping paper, puzzles, books, hats and apparel, holiday ornaments and gift cards. Its product list also includes sweatshirts and a floating game table. Each tile is made of a custom acrylic color with a combination of machine and hand painting, and each set comes with six blanks.

Prices on The Mahjong Line’s product list run from $8 to $625, with a middle price of $75. Tile sets such as The Minimal Line in Caramel or Dark Chocolate are $395, The Cheeky Line: Santa Monica Release and The Mountain Line: Sky Blue Mahjong Tiles are $485, and the Rummy Tile Set in Kelly Green is $350. A Lucite Display Box is $105, a Folio is $60, a Dice Game & Pouch is $65, a Tile Shuffler Set is $10, and The Big Card 2026 is $10.

The Mahjong Line shipping

The Mahjong Line ships free via UPS Ground in the U.S. on orders over $300. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST are processed the following day, and orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. The brand asks customers to expect up to a week to receive an order, and it does not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Personalized items are held until finished, which can take up to four weeks for the order to ship. The Mahjong Line offers limited international shipping, and all customs duties are paid by the purchaser.

The Mahjong Line returns

The Mahjong Line offers a full refund on full-price merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt, excluding shipping fees, and extends the return period for two weeks after the Christmas holiday. Items must come back 100% complete and in original packaging, and shrink-wrapped items must be sealed and unopened. If the shrink wrap has been broken on a set of tiles, all 160 tiles must be returned in the tile bag provided, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser, except for defective items or the brand’s errors, and refunds are issued within 2 business days. All sales of The Big Card are final.
