Tuff Jug returns

For items purchased directly from Tuff Jug.com, returns or exchanges of new, unused items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging should be retained, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, at the company’s discretion. Non-acceptable returns include used items, items returned after 30 days of delivery, and returns made without prior notification. The Auto Stop Spout can flow 5 gallons in about 57 seconds, and the Ripper Cap can pour 5 gallons in 42 seconds. The Auto Stop Spout has a nozzle tip about 1.02 inches, making it compatible with the vast majority of tanks and equipment. The Ripper Cap is intended for top-load openings and does not work for tank inlets smaller than about 1.5 inches. The Auto Stop Spout fits top and side load tanks, with a minimum opening of about 1.0 inch. The Ripper Cap fits top load tanks only, with a minimum opening of 1.5 inches or larger. The Auto Stop Spout can be laid on its side, but for side storage, the spout should be removed and the Storage Cap plug reinstalled for a leak-free seal. The Storage Cap can be interchanged across 1.25G, 2.5G, and 5G jugs because the neck dimensions and thread pattern are the same.
