Tumble returns

Tumble allows returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days. There are no restocking fees, and the company covers 100% of the costs to return a rug and rug pad, or a play mat. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in new condition with no visible damage, stains, or pet hair. A customer may only exchange once, and an exchange of an exchange is not accepted. The customer then packs the item, attaches the label, and drops it off at a local carrier.

Good to know about Tumble

Tumble describes its rugs as washable, spillproof, pet and kid friendly, and OEKO-TEX certified. The company says all rugs, even the largest 9×12 rug, can fit into a standard household washer. The rugs are woven with a spill-resistant fabric that causes liquids to bead up. The cushioned rug pad provides support and has a non-slip surface. The rug manufacturing facility holds an OEKO-TEX certification, and the play mats are non-toxic and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, made without BPA, PFAS, phthalates, or lead. The company ships rugs using minimal plastic and primarily recyclable materials. The founders are Justin Soleimani and Zach Dannett, who describe Tumble as a fresh, customer-focused perspective in an industry that has traditionally been slow to evolve.
