Good to know about Vonhaus

Vonhaus was founded in 2009 and started with one product, a TV bracket. It is part of Domu Brands and is now the flagship label of that group, alongside its sister brand VonShef. In 2021 Vonhaus became an employee-owned business through an Employee Ownership Trust, with the trust holding a 51% controlling stake on behalf of employees. All Vonhaus items receive a two-year guarantee, and if an item is faulty through manufacturing defect and not misuse, Vonhaus will repair or replace it and cover the courier costs. Vonhaus offers a product help hub with setup advice, instruction manuals and how-to guides, and aims to respond to customer queries within 24-48 hours.
