What TURTLEBOX sells

TURTLEBOX sells four speakers: the Ranger™, the Cub, the Original (Gen 3) and the Grande. The brand describes the Original (Gen 3) as "The standard in outdoor audio" and the Grande as being "For the biggest spaces and loudest moments." It also sells a Mossy Oak line of speakers in Bottomland and Fall Foliage patterns, alongside merchandise including hats, shirts, a carabiner, sticker packs and a Party Mode Adapter. The full catalogue covers apparel, accessories, speakers and gift cards.

TURTLEBOX shipping

TURTLEBOX ships free to the 48 contiguous states and APO/AE addresses. The brand ships domestically within the United States and to Canada. Shipping charges apply to orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. For destinations outside these areas, the policy directs buyers to contact the brand directly.

TURTLEBOX returns

TURTLEBOX offers a 30-day money back guarantee on its speakers, and a return can be started for any reason, with no questions asked. Returns must be processed through the original point of purchase, and items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If returns coverage is purchased at checkout, return shipping is covered; once a return is accepted, the brand sends a label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Good to know about TURTLEBOX

The brand says its first Turtlebox was born in a garage on the Buffalo Bayou in Houston, out of frustration with portable speakers that could not survive routine outdoor use or be heard over wind, waves and boat engines. The company’s motto, "Live Free," comes from a sign that hung over the back door of that house. TURTLEBOX also runs a conservation partner programme, works with ambassadors including pro athletes, guides and musicians, and offers corporate sales, a store locator and dealer registration through its site.
