Discovery sets start at $35.00, with the Essential Parfums Discovery Set and Twisted Lily x After Hours both at $35.00, Montale Best Sellers Discovery Set at $38.00, Maison Mataha Discovery Set at $40.00, Liis sets at $42.00, Ex Nihilo and Maison Crivelli and Jusbox sets at $55.00, and Creed Men’s Discovery Set, Room 1015, Matiere Premiere and Fugazzi Extrait sets at $70.00. The Twisted Lily Best Sellers Sample Pack is $52.00. Samples are branded or decanted from authentic full-size products and range from 1ml to 2ml in volume.

Twisted Lily shipping

Twisted Lily ships free on US orders of $150 or more, with standard delivery in 5-7 business days in the continental US. Standard shipping costs $8.50 on orders under $50 and $10.00 on orders between $50 and $150, and expedited shipping costs $20.00 with a 2-4 business day arrival in the continental US. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, and up to 72 hours of processing is allowed before shipment. Twisted Lily ships internationally from its fulfillment center in New Jersey; free shipping applies to Canadian orders of $250 or more and other international orders of $500 or more, with standard Canadian shipping at $35.00 and international UPS shipping at $55.00. Customs fees, taxes and duties are calculated upfront and included in the final order total at checkout.

Twisted Lily returns

Twisted Lily accepts returns within 14 days from the fulfillment date of an order. Items must be unopened, unused and with the cellophane intact to receive a full refund; otherwise the Quality Control Team inspects the item and any refund is issued as store credit, and a restocking fee may apply. A $15 flat return shipping fee applies to all returns unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, and shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable. Individual samples and vials, custom bundles, discovery kits, the "I Smell Good" Travel Atomizer and home and body products are final sale and non-returnable. Twisted Lily does not handle international returns.

Discounts and offers at Twisted Lily

Twisted Lily offers 10% off an order with the unique code supplied after subscribing to its newsletter or SMS messages, valid for 60 days from receipt and limited to one use per customer. A further discount code arrives on the thank-you card included with sample or discovery set shipments, also valid for 60 days and one use per customer. Twisted Lily also lists gifts with purchase, where a qualifying spend threshold unlocks a curated gift, and runs a loyalty program called The Lily List. Promotional codes cannot be applied to custom bundles or sample packs curated by Twisted Lily.

Good to know about Twisted Lily

Twisted Lily accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Shop Pay, and collects sales tax based on shipping location. Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement or until they have been fulfilled, but addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Orders over $150 require a signature on delivery and cannot be sent to PO boxes. Damaged or incorrect items qualify for a refund, exchange or replacement when reported with photos before being shipped back, within 14 days of fulfillment.
