VGoodiEZ shipping

VGoodiEZ ships free on orders over 75 USD within the USA. Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday, and the goal is to ship the same day on orders placed by noon Eastern. The shop uses mostly USPS and ships in discreet plain brown or white boxes or standard USPS supplies, with the sender name appearing as HOTH. Saturday delivery is not standard and requires prior approval with an extra fee of 20 USD or more collected by the carrier. For international orders, buyers are responsible for all import taxes and duties, and UPS almost always charges brokerage fees of 15 to 20 USD on top of taxes. VGoodiEZ also offers optional Seel shipping protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. The shop collects sales tax for Georgia.

VGoodiEZ returns

VGoodiEZ accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. New or sealed items receive a 100% product refund as store credit, with a 10% restocking fee if refunded to the original payment method. Opened or used items carry a 20% restocking fee for store credit refunds and a 25% restocking fee for refunds to the original payment method. Very used or abused items carry up to a 45% restocking fee for store credit refunds and up to a 50% restocking fee for refunds to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the shop can provide a discounted return label on request. Returns must be clean, include all parts, accessories, manuals and original packaging, and be shipped to the exact address provided with the RMA number. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
