What Vidrate™ sells

Vidrate™ sells electrolyte and vitamin drink sachets in flavours including Grape, Mojito, Watermelon & Raspberry, Apple & Mango, Tropical, Vidrate Mixed Berry, Strawberry & Lime, Lemon Lime & Mint, Orange & Peach, Coconut and Pink Lemonade. The range is organised into four lines: Everyday, Boost, Night and Immunity, plus Vidrate Minis for children. Alongside sachets, the store lists bundles such as Build a Box 30 Pack and Build a Box 72 Pack, a 90 Sachets + FREE Storage Box bundle, bottles, clothing and accessories. Each sachet is added to 500-700ml of water, or to hot water in a mug.

Vidrate™ shipping

Vidrate™ ships free on orders over £30 in the UK. Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail costs £3.49 and takes around 3-5 working days, while Express UK delivery via Royal Mail costs £4.95 and takes around 1-2 working days. Orders are processed up to 2.30pm each day; orders placed after that time are dispatched the following working day, and in peak times a further 12-24 hours may be required. International orders outside the UK take between 7-10 working days. EU orders are delivered duty unpaid, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the duty. Every order is sent directly by Vidrate from its HQ in West Yorkshire, UK.

Vidrate™ returns

Vidrate™ gives customers 14 working days from the day after they receive the goods to cancel an order for non-subscription goods and receive a refund, and customers outside the UK also have 14 days. After the 14 working day refund period, customers are entitled to a maximum of 60% of the total returned goods. Items must be returned as originally sent, undamaged and in suitable retail condition, and the customer pays the return postage. For subscriptions, a new customer cannot cancel within the first 14 days or before receiving the product, and after the first 14 days cancellation may take up to two working days. All refunds are made within 30 days of notice of cancellation, and damaged or incorrect goods are replaced at Vidrate’s cost.

Vidrate™ offers a free first month for new subscribers, stated on its home page and about page as Get Your First Month Free. Subscribing saves up to 50% on flavours such as Grape. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £30.

Good to know about Vidrate™

Vidrate™ sachets are zero sugar, with 0.2-0.5g per sachet depending on the flavour, and contain around 6-7 calories per serving, with 7kcal stated per sachet on the home page. They are sweetened naturally with Stevia, contain no artificial sweeteners and no known allergens, and are gluten free. The products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Vidrate Minis are designed for children, with all sachets suitable for ages 4 and above, while Vidrate Boost and Vidrate Night Time are recommended for 18 years or above. The packaging uses 0.4g of plastic per sachet, and the brand states that using one’s own bottle saves almost 11kg of plastic waste per person per year.
