Appliance City shipping

Appliance City offers free delivery to the majority of mainland UK postcodes. Deliveries run from 7am to 9pm Monday to Saturday, using a fleet of Appliance City vans alongside external carriers, and the brand aims to contact customers the working evening before delivery with a 3-4 hour timeslot. Standard delivery includes bringing the appliance to the room of your choice and up to a maximum of three steps into the property. An alternative floor delivery service covers up to 20 steps and costs £75. Packaging removal is available for £5 per product, and a like-for-like recycling service that collects your old appliance costs £25 per standard product and £40 for any refrigeration appliance or range cooker. A large item delivery service is available for large items such as American style fridge freezers for a small fee, on selected postcodes.

Appliance City returns

Appliance City accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the appliance is unused and in its original packaging. If the product has been unwrapped and the original packaging is no longer available, a partial refund of up to 50% may be offered, and no refund is available for products that have been used. Returns must first be confirmed by a member of the Appliance City team. Appliance City can collect the item for a fee that varies by product: £65 for small appliances, undercounter appliances up to 60cm wide, cooker hoods, standard hobs and televisions; £90 for televisions above 70 inches, cooker hoods above 110cm wide, standard fridge freezers and air venting hobs; and £150 for range cookers above 70cm width and American and French style fridge freezers. An administration charge of £25 applies to change a confirmed collection date, or £75 for American style fridge freezers and range cookers. The refund is made no later than 14 days after the appliance is returned.
