The range includes necklaces (locket necklaces, pendant necklaces, gemstone necklaces, chain necklaces), earrings (hoop earrings, stud earrings, drop earrings, huggies), bracelets (gemstone bracelets, locket bracelets, bangles, evil eye bracelets), rings (stacking rings, eternity rings, signet rings, cocktail rings), lockets, charms, an Advent Calendar and gift cards. Jewellery is available in gold plated, sterling silver and solid gold with diamonds, and in gemstones including diamond, pearl, lapis lazuli, turquoise, mother of pearl, malachite and amazonite. Some pieces are engravable.

Astley Clarke offers free shipping on orders over £75. The brand aims to complete and despatch all orders within 3 business days, and a despatch notification email is sent once the parcel is on its way. Gift wrap can be added to an order at checkout; each box comes complete with a bow and a gift bag, and the gift bag is delivered empty, ready for the customer to add up to 4 jewellery boxes.

Astley Clarke returns

Astley Clarke allows returns within 30 days for a full refund, provided items are in new and unworn condition in the original undamaged packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, and engraved, made-to-order and sample sale items are non-returnable. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. UK online returns carry a £5 return fee, while returns to the Monmouth Street Flagship store are free of charge. International returns from non-UK addresses cost €15 for EU orders and £30 for the rest of the world, deducted from the refund when the prepaid label is used. Returns are processed within 14 working days of arrival at the studio, and refunds are credited to the original payment method, which can take up to 7 working days to appear.

Astley Clarke offers free shipping on orders over £75. Several pieces on the site are shown at 10% off, including the Gold Biography Mini Locket Necklace at £103 (reduced from £115), the Gold October Pink Tourmaline Birthstone Pendant Necklace at £88 (reduced from £98) and the Gold Biography Locket Bracelet at £175 (reduced from £195). The Astley Clarke Advent Calendar 2026 is listed at £495, reduced from £1,080, a saving of £585. Only one discount code can be used per order, codes cannot be combined or stacked, and promotional codes cannot be used on sale products.

The brand offers a two-year warranty on all jewellery, covering manufacturing defects with replacement or repair at no cost. Customised and engraved pieces take approximately 3 to 5 working days on top of usual processing times and are non-refundable once in production. A Buy Now, Pay Later option is available at checkout.
