Lulu Guinness returns are free within the UK within 14 days of receipt, using Royal Mail Post Office. Returns from Europe and the Rest of World have a 28-day period, and the brand suggests using a tracked courier service. Products must be returned as received, complete with tags, presentation boxes and dustcovers. Items purchased online cannot be returned at any Lulu Guinness store or concession. Refunds are processed from receipt, and during busy periods this can take up to 14 days.
