Bounce Curl processes orders within 1–2 business days after they are placed, and delivery estimates are generally 5–10 business days from the shipment date. Bounce Curl ships internationally, and shipping to an international address can take 30 or more business days. All international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees, which are paid to the local carrier or government and are not collected by Bounce Curl; international orders ship as DDU, duties delivered unpaid. Bounce Curl accepts returns requested and returned within 30 days of the delivery date, and a Return Authorization number must be approved before a return can be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping costs are not covered by Bounce Curl, and no prepaid return labels are provided. For orders of 10 or more items, a 15% restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
