Geberich returns

Geberich offers a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party they nominated takes physical possession of the goods. If an order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last item is received. The notice must include the order number, full name and delivery address, a clear statement that the customer is withdrawing from the contract, and the date of the withdrawal notice. After notifying the brand, the customer must return or hand over the goods to the warehouse address provided, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal was communicated. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the brand expressly agrees otherwise. Food supplements and cosmetics that have had their seals broken are not eligible for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene. If the product seal is intact, the customer may return it within 14 days. The customer must return the items in their original, unopened packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the day the brand is informed of the decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used in the original transaction. For defective or damaged items, the customer must contact the brand within 48 hours of delivery, including the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. If the defect is confirmed and not caused by misuse, the brand will replace the product at no extra cost and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, up to a maximum of EUR 200.
