Goldsmiths shipping

Goldsmiths ships free on orders over £200 for express delivery, which runs 7 days a week including Sunday. For orders under £200, a £4.95 delivery charge applies. Express delivery is available on all items, and everything that is immediately available and ordered by 9pm, Monday to Sunday, will be delivered the following day, delivered between 8am and 6pm. Goldsmiths delivers 7 days a week excluding Bank Holidays, and does not ship internationally. A free Click & Collect service is available from over 100 showrooms nationwide. Proof of delivery is obtained for all parcels, and orders are delivered to the delivery address only, not to a neighbour or left near a door.

Goldsmiths offers a two-year international guarantee, stated on its home page. It provides a bespoke service, with bespoke wedding rings and bespoke eternity rings featured on the site, and Rolex appointments can be booked. Its Rolex pages present the Oyster story, covering the 1926 waterproof Oyster case, the 1931 Perpetual rotor and the Superlative Chronometer certification. Orders with extended lead times, such as a special ring size, display the lead time on the product page and in the shopping bag. If an order has not arrived, Goldsmiths must be contacted within 8 calendar days of the dispatch confirmation email to investigate and raise an insurance claim with the courier.
