HAVERHILL ships free ground shipping on US orders of 150 or more. Ground delivery takes 1-6 business days upon order completion. UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 business days and UPS Next Day Air takes 1 business day, with costs that vary by destination. Items marked as in stock ship the same day when the order is placed before 2 PM Eastern Time. Production times are separate from shipping times and are listed on each product page; most pieces are ready to ship in 1-4 business days. HAVERHILL ships worldwide with UPS, and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

HAVERHILL returns

HAVERHILL accepts returns within 45 days from the date of delivery, and once a return authorization and label are issued the item must be shipped back within 10 days. All items, excluding those in the Shop for Good Collection, are eligible for a free return or exchange for store credit, subject to inspection, and refunds are issued in full once the item is verified. Shop for Good items can be returned for store credit or a refund less the donation made to the applicable charitable organization. Items altered with a Design Alteration are final sale, and international orders are final sale. HAVERHILL also offers a two year warranty covering basic repairs and manufacturing defects.

Discounts and offers at HAVERHILL

HAVERHILL’s home page states tiered order discounts: 15% off orders of 500 or more, 20% off orders of 1,000 or more and 25% off orders of 1,500 or more.
